Besides hot rods and cheap beer, I am also a sucker for the clean, minimalist postwar industrial design revolution which has become known as Midcentury Modern. Enough of a sucker that me and my lovely missus make an annual February pilgrimage west to attend Palm Springs Modernism Week. Last weekend was our 6th, sandwiched between some fun in Los Angeles.
