At initial clock-in at 3:55 4/21/08, Sharon says Hillary refused to change into uniform skirt, which she said was demeaning, unflattering to legs. Hillary agreed to wear skirt only after lengthy argument between Sharon and Hillary's attorneys. After numeorous complaints from customers, Hillary allowed to wear pants.
On 4/22/08, Sharon arrived for dinner shift, found restaurant unstaffed. Entire crew was in breakroom, where they said Hillary forced them to attend something called "Sausage Pricing Taskforce."
Disciplinary Action:
Verbal reprimand; ordered new pantsuit uniform from District 6 Supply (size 18 short)

It has come to my attention that some crew members at #306 have been abusing their Bob Evans discount sausage benefits. As a result, this message is intended to clarify the rules to prevent future abuses.
1. Remember, the Bob Evans 20% sausage discount benefit was created solely for the enjoyment of Bob Evans crew members and their immediate families. Please do not resell your discounted sausages or sausage gift packs.
2. When restaurant customers purchase sausages, YOU MAY NOT later claim that these were your discount sausages, and YOU MAY NOT remove 20% of sausage sales from the cash register as your "discount sausage benefit."
Because of the mysterious disappearance of the sausage billing records, I have not been able to identify the problem crew member or members. As a result I regret to announce that in the future, all crew members will be limited to 4 pounds of discounted sausage per week, which must be purchased directly from me or one of my assistant managers.
I am sorry for any hardship caused by this new policy. Unfortunately, a handful of bad apples have spoiled it for everybody.

Sharon caught Hillary distributing unflattering / compromising photos of Megan Spanarkel to other crew members and on breakroom bulletin board. When confronted, Hillary said that "if Megan didn't want people to see her spring break boob pictures, she shouldn't put them up on her MySpace page."

Third discipline report of 60 day probationary period. Hillary given one week notice of termination.
Photos of Megan confiscated. I will keep in my personal possession in case they are need for later review.

Location: ___5800 block of Hwy 117___
At approximately 9:25 PM May 1, received call from dispatcher to Bob Evans restaurant on Hwy 117 on report of suspicious activity in parking lot. Restaurant manager S. Martenson says crew member Jose Ramirez witnessed 3 unidentified males acting strangely while taking trash to dumpster. Through interpreter Ramirez says he saw men looking in car windows. Questioning of other crew members shows no other witnesses. Shift seating hostess H. Clinton becomes agitated, accuses Ramirez of lying, conspiracy, requests that Sgt Taylor and I arrest him on immigration charges. Manager Martensen requests Sgt Taylor and I check parking lot area.
At approximately 10:35 PM spotlight inspection of parking lot bushes yields no suspects. Sgt Taylor finds underage male and female in heavy petting situation. Officer Taylor and I place them in squad car and return them to homes. At approximately 11:20 PM receive new call from night dispatcher to return to Bob Evans. 2002 PT Cruiser OH license HVF 112 registered to Sharon Martensen, and has been heavily vandalized with key scratches, slashed tire, broken windshield, cut brakelines. Repeat questioning of crew yields no eyewitnesses. Hostess Clinton asks me and Sgt Taylor to make note that she was at register during incident and so has air tight alibi.
After-Action
Copy of crime report mailed to Martenson and Bob Evans Head Manager T. Davis for insurance purposes. Ramirez reported to Federal ICE Immigration branch in Columbus.

I yelled at them, but the head oriental guy said there was a new supply contract, and that "Mr. Hsu" was handling all the distribution from now on. Do you know anything about this?
